Collection & Delivery

Simply contact us and we will arrange a collection for you.  We endeavour to have all items returned within 48 hours.  Collection and delivery is free within a 4 mile radius.  However if you live elsewhere please call us to discuss.

Laundry Baskets

Our laundry baskets are big enough to give excellent value for money.  As a regular customer you get to keep your own labelled basket.  When not in use the basket is collapsible for ease of storage.

Service

All items are hung or folded to your specification.  Hangers are supplied free of charge but we kindly ask that you return these with each order to avoid incurring any extra costs.  Plastic protective garment covers are supplied free of charge.

Insurance

We work to strict protocols to ensure that your laundry is returned fresh, crease-free and undamaged.  However, in the unlikely event of any garment being damaged we will compensate to a maximum of £40 per item.
To avoid any mis-understanding any unclean, shiny or iron-damaged garments collected from you will be returned un-ironed.

Payment

We accept cash or cheque and provide a receipt for your records.
Payment strictly upon return of ironing to you
